    Vinyasa Yoga: Vinyasa yoga cultivates strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, focus, and serenity. Students will focus on linking conscious breath with a mindful flow. Suitable for the beginner or the experienced as each pose can be modified as well as intensified. Come as you are and do what you can….you will leave feeling stronger, energized and renewed!

     

    Power Vinyasa Yoga: This heated class will link breath to movement at a faster pace, while keeping your body safe and aligned. You will be challenged mentally and physically with creative sequencing, interesting transitions, and playful postures. This class will push your strength to new heights, encouraging you to break any and all barriers! Be ready to build your internal fire, sweat, and have fun! The savasana will be the most blissful one yet after all that hard work!

    (Prior yoga experience preferred due to faster pace providing little time for in-depth posture explanation.)

     

    Yoga Sculpt: A fun addition to your yoga practice and a great complement to your current workout routine. Yoga Sculpt is a total body workout designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group by utilizing light weights and other fun props creating resistance and intensifying each pose.

      

    Yoga HIIT: Combining two styles into one, Yoga HIIT starts with a 10-15 min yoga warm-up followed by a high-intensity interval training style class and a 10-min yoga cool down! This class will take you through "stations" targeting a specific area (upper, lower, cardio, core, balance, etc). Stations consist of 45-50 seconds on with a 10-15 second rest rotating through 3-4 times. You choose the intensity of your workout as there are modifications and amplifications for each move. Come kick some asana and join us for Yoga HIIT!  

     

    BodyBurn with Kasey:Take your fitness or exercise program to the next level! This class will combine cardiovascular and strength training exercises in an interval style workout that will increase muscular endurance, aerobic capacity, and boost metabolism. Be ready to work hard, have fun, and sweat! The class will combine features of CardioStix, Kickboxing, Slider Intervals, and much more!! For more information, contact Kasey 715-850-0878.

     

    Chair Yoga: Chair yoga will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

     

    Beginner’s Yoga: Never practiced yoga? If you want a gentle way to learn more about yoga, this class is for you! In a safe and relaxing atmosphere, this class will ease you into the practice of Vinyasa yoga and lays down the basics of alignment, transition between the poses, and breathing within the flow in a noncompetitive, inviting setting.

     

    Gentle Yoga: Restore your body and reset your mind with Gentle Yoga. A great class for beginners, people working with injuries, limited mobility, or anyone who prefers a soft, gentler approach to yoga! This class will be taught in the familiar Vinyasa style linking breath to movement, but with a minimalistic take. Yogis will warm their bodies with a seated series followed by a non-strenuous standing series allowing plenty of time at the end to wind down with props and longer holds.

      

    Slow Flow: This class will have the feel of a typical Vinyasa class while slowing down the pace of the movements, poses, and breath. Slowing down will teach you to move mindfully and help you focus on your breath while building strength, balance, and flexibility. Students of all levels are welcome to this gentle, tranquil, and a bit more meditative-type of flow!

     

    Restorative Yoga: Calm the mind and body with a soothing restorative yoga class. Nourishing poses are designed to restore and revitalize your body and mind, including the fundamental pose, Savasana. Restorative yoga poses require no muscular exertion. A sequence typically involves only five or six poses held for 10 minutes, supported by props that allow you to completely
